Returns

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
    • Products can be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Non-Returnable Items:
    • Perishable goods such as opened or partially consumed food products.
    • Gift Box or promotional items.
  3. Process for Returns:

    • Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.
    • The cost of return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

Refunds

Damaged or Defective Products
